All packages are based on a 10-climber minimum (not including the birthday kid!) and include:
- Birthday kid climbs free!
- 2-hour party (60 minutes in the gym and 60 minutes in Party area)
- All the rental equipment needed (shoes and harnesses)

Wilkes-Barre birthday party FAQ
How early can I arrive for set up?
Hosts may arrive up to 15-minutes early for set up.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, and decoration?
Should parents or extra help be included in the party headcount?
Non-climbers (grandparents, other parents etc.) are not counted in the headcount. Family and extra support are welcome to attend.
However, if parents decide to climb with their children, they will need to be included in the headcount or pay for their own day pass.
Parents may also help belay (at no additional cost) without affecting the headcount. Anyone interested in belaying should receive a belay lesson/test to become belay certified before the day of the party.
Can I sign a waiver for all of the kids?
No. Parents or legal guardians must sign the waiver of their respective minor(s). Please share the waiver link here in advance of the party. This will save time so kids can participate immediately upon arrival. Kids without a valid waiver signed by their parent will not be allowed to climb.
