At Wilkes-Barre Climbing Gym, we offer flexible pass options to suit your needs: 1-day, 1-week, and 10-punch. These pass options are perfect for those looking to try us out without a long-term commitment and a convenient solution for individuals with varying schedules.
If after your first visit you decide you want a membership, we will deduct the cost of your day pass.*

Monthly renewing memberships details
How do monthly renewing memberships work?
The monthly recurring membership is $60/month auto-renewal on the date of purchase (for example if you purchase it on the 15th of the month, it will renew the 15th of every month thereafter).
Dues are automatically deducted from your checking account or billed to your credit card each month. Membership rates are based on ACH billing (direct debit to a checking account); credit cards are subject to a 2.8% convenience fee. For a monthly renewing membership to be cancelled or placed on hold, you must submit a membership change request in your online Member Portal at least 1 day prior (24 hours or more) to the next billing date or visit our front desk in person.
Is there an initiation fee?
May I place my membership on hold?
Yes. There is a $5 freeze fee. Freeze fees will be waived for students and active military deployments. Request a freeze in your online Member Portal at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being billed. Freezes will continue indefinitely until canceled or changed.
Membership & pass details
- Family Member Add-on for our Monthly Recurring Membership includes adult couples, youth siblings (18 and under), or parent and child/youth (18 and under), all residing at the same address. 6 people maximum.
- Student benefits available to youth (18 and under) or full time students. Student members must show proof of enrollment annually:
- Undergraduate: A minimum of 12 units.
- Graduate: A minimum of 9 units.
- Punch Passes are transferable and expire after 3 years.
- Military Rate: Must present current, valid military ID.
- Military Freeze: FREE for duration of deployment, papers required.
- Free guest pass use is limited to 1/every first Friday of the month, with the exception of first-time visitor passes.
- First-time guest passes can be used 1x/day as long as it’s the guest’s first time at our facility.

Discount is available to Students (primary school, undergraduate or graduate), Seniors 65+, Teachers, Health Care Workers, First Responders (EMT, fire, military, law enforcement, etc.), EPAC members, Access Fund Members, AAC Members, and Outdoor Industry Professionals (National Ski Patrol, AMRG, AMGA, PCGI, etc).
**Please note that our student and senior memberships come with exclusive discounts that cannot be combined with other offers. If additional discounts or deals are available, we will apply the higher percentage discount for your benefit. To take advantage of these discounts, please request them before completing your purchase, as we cannot issue refunds after the transaction is finalized. To apply the discount, proof of affiliation must be shown in-store or via email. Periodic proof of eligibility may be required. Failure to provide proof will result in non-discounted rates. This is not considered a dues increase and does not require 60 days written notice, but reasonable notice will be given.
