What do I need to send my kid to camp with?

We provide all the climbing equipment you need. Your child should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in and bring a water bottle, bag lunch, and positive attitude.

Make sure your child(s) waiver is filled out in advance to save time at drop off.

Is there early drop off or late pickup?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early drop-off. The earliest we can handle is 8:50am drop-off.

We do allow late pickup. If you’ll be picking up after 3pm, there is a late pickup fee of $20. You must pick up your child by 4:30pm.

My child has never climbed before...
New climbers are always welcome. Most kids take to climbing easily and naturally. There will be activities for all skill levels no matter if they’ve climbed before or not.
Is the camp all rock climbing or are there other activities?

Our activities are all related to climbing: tying knots, climbing, skills (balance, coordination, flexibility), games, and socialization. They won’t be spending every second on the wall, but they will be participating in climbing-focused activities.

What if my child doesn't meet the age requirement for the camp?
Your climber must meet the ages listed in the camp description. This ensures age-appropriate activities as well as kids in similar age groups.
How do I sign up for climbing camp?

You can register online here. If the session is full, we do have a waitlist. Call the gym to be added to the waitlist. If you have difficulty logging in or creating an account, then call the gym and we can take your reservation over the phone.

Do I need to preregister?

Yes, you must preregister so we can prepare our activities and instructors. You can preregister online here.

What is your camp cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations:
Payment is 50% refundable if the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the start of camp.

Payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the start of camp.

When we cancel, all deposits and registration dues are refundable.

Sibling Discount:
When enrolling more than one child, to receive the sibling discount, the children MUST actually be siblings.

Under-Enrolled Camps:
Under-enrolled camps (fewer than 3 participants) are subject to cancellation 7 days prior to the start of camp.
